* Alchemy of Touch holds the right of decision weather it is applicable to give the participants a Certificate of Attendance, a Certificate of Completion, an Accredited Diploma depending on the competence of the participant.
* Alchemy of Touch is not liable for any harm or damage: physical, mental or emotional as here stated via the means & usage of the services provided herein as effective from the last date this document was updated.
Trainings & Courses

- You can enrol in a training course at the Alchemy of Touch Massage Academy by paying a deposit of 30% of the tuition fee for each individual booking. (All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable).
- Tuition fee balance must be paid in full before the training starts.
- Our trainings will be taught in English unless otherwise specified. Upon request there can translator arrangements be made by contacting us prior to your registration.
- Photograph and video in any of our trainings are not allowed.
The Alchemy of Touch Massage Academy reserves the right to publish pictures and video’s showing participants unless we are notified in advance not to do so.
- The tuition fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the unexpected and very exceptional case that we need to reschedule the training due to circumstances outside our control we will give you the possibility to participate in alternative arrangements. Or refund payments you have paid. we however cannot compensate you for airfare, travel costs or accommodation bookings incurred.
- The Alchemy of Touch Massage Academy Logo, website material, photo’s & video’s material are non allowed to be copied and/or used in any way.
- Food, accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the tuition fee unless otherwise addressed.
